"We were moving from western Washington to be closer to family. Our son and his wife recommended Patrick because they had a great experience with him in finding their home in Liberty Lake. We came into this with little knowledge of what we even wanted or where we even wanted to live specifically. We had a wide area and were looking at many kinds of properties in Washington and Idaho (lakefront, acreage, in town houses). Patrick and his team kept us appraised of available homes and helped us narrow down what we were looking for. We were looking for what we were calling a “grandparent wow” home. We ended up narrowing in on Liberty Lake - and selecting an older home with secondary waterfront and a nice yard and layout. Close to hiking, and walkable to family and a morning coffee.
