About Me

Tye grew up in Spokane Valley and graduated from the University of Washington. After 10 years as an ICU, CICU, open heart recovery nurse he felt drawn to help people in another way. He’d been dabbling in real estate by buying, selling and flipping homes, and completed his real estate license certification while living on a sailboat in the Caribbean.

He’s a self-described old soul at heart, and lives in Coeur d’Alene with his beautiful wife and kids. He enjoys climbing, camping, hunting, and traveling, and feels that the area has so much to offer – as Spokane’s motto says, “Near nature, near perfect.”
